Content, Style And Countermeasure Research On Female College Students' Psychological Guidance

In order to value female college students' need for the contents and styles of psychological guidance, in this thesis, we investigated 570 students in all from Jiangxi Province,Shandong Province,Jiangsu Province and Beijing by Female Students' Guidance Questionnaire.The result of the test shows that first, the need's intensity of female college students' psychological guidance is between a little need and more need; second, the contents of psychological guidance that female college students need successively are guidance for occupation and being a useful person,guidance for self-cultivation,guidance for self-consciousness,guidance for the college life plan,guidance for the relationship between female students,guidance for love and marriage,guidance for learning,guidance for university adaption; third, there is great difference in the need of psychological guidance for female college students in different grades or different majors; fourth, female college students like various and life-related psychological styles.On the basis of the analysis, we put forward several countermeasures as follows: think highly of female college students' psychological guidance; establish and perfect the system of female college students' psychological guidance; equip the system with human resources,places,equipment and expenses; value the need of female college students' psychological guidance; definite the target of female college students' psychological guidance; deepen the content of female college students' psychological guidance; apply various psychological guidance styles; produce a marked effect of friend psychological resource; establish the system of feeding back the effect of female college students' psychological guidance.
