This research adopts the questionnaire survey method,350high school were selected as subjects in a high school of Tianjin city. The study used three scales:The Middle School Students’ Mental Resilience Scale, Psychology and Behavior of Middle School Students in Examination of SCL-90, Coping Style Scale of Middle School Students. The article also discusses the relationship between resilience, coping styles and exam psychological problems of high school students, the results found:The high school students were in higher level resilience. In general, there isn’t significant gender differences. In the interpersonal dimension, girls scored significantly higher than boys; significant difference between cadres and ordinary students, students of liberal arts and science resilience level of student cadres, and resilience level higher than that of normal students, the level of resilience of liberal arts students are higher than the science students; there was no significant difference in grade.There is no gender difference in the overall coping styles of high school students, significantly higher than that of boys score in seeking support dimension scores for girls, to avoid and disperse the two dimension boys scored significantly higher than girls score. Solve, seeking the support of dimensions of student cadre scored significantly higher than ordinary students scored in question. Solve, seeking support score significantly higher than the science students of liberal arts dimension scores in question. Senior high school students’ coping style and there was no significant difference in grade.There was no significant difference in gender, whether the class cadre examination mental problem of high school students between grades; significant differences between arts and science, and science, students scored significantly higher than liberal arts students score high in the first grade, students are higher than high school, grade two.Significant negative correlation dimensions of resilience and examination of psychological problems of high school students, namely, the higher the level of resilience, test mental problem less.A significant correlation and coping style of college students examination mental problem, each dimension and positive coping style and examination mental problem exist significant negative correlation, negative coping style was positively correlated with the examination mental problem.
