Massification, diversification, internationalization and informationization are the main trends for the development of higher education, however, internationalization is a very important component amongst them, which has already been the common values and the aim of future higher education throughout the world.The internationalization of higher education has put forward higher requirements on the cultivation of talents in our country. However, there are so many defects with our talent-training model, such as the ideas, the target, the process, the evaluation and the policy of talent cultivation. They blocked our higher education to track with the whole world, we are facing huge impacts made by the internationalization of higher education from all around the world. As a result, it is very urgent to make some research on countermeasures of our country's talent-training model in the tide of the internationalization of higher educationThe paper is composed of five chapters. Chapter one is a brief introduction, which includes the presentation of questions, the choice of the view angle, and the definition of the core concepts. Chapter two analyzes the development process of the internationalization of higher education including the evolution, the characters, the new trends, the motivations and the factors of the internationalization of higher education as well as research on related theories of this issue. Chapter three turns to a comparative study on the talent cultivation in some developed countries. It gave a brief conclusion of experiences gained on the reformation of talent cultivation, courses setting, teaching method, training approach, the policy of talent cultivation by these developed countries and got some inspirations to our country. Chapter four is firstly about the history of talent-training model in our country; then we concluded its defects; and we discussed the impacts exerted by the internationalization of higher education to the talent-training model on these five aspects: ideas, the target, the process, the evaluation and the policy of talent cultivation. Lastly, on the basis of understanding the root of the influences, we proposed corresponding strategies to talent-training model for Chinese colleges and universities standing on our country's practical cases.
