Higher Professional Sports Colleges And Universities Aerobics(Direction) Cultivating Model Present Situation And The Research

Aerobics as a sports and art at an organic whole,both keeping fit,athletics,performing characteristics such as sports,beginning in the 1980 s is popular all over the world.The proposal of healthy China development strategy,the vigorous development of sports competition and performance industry,and the general attention to national fitness have provided opportunities for the development of aerobics,and also put forward new requirements for the cultivation of aerobics professionals.At present,as the main way of training aerobics professionals,higher physical education institutions directly determine the output quality of aerobics talents.Therefore,the schools of the comparison of the aerobics the talent training scheme,can produce conforming to the requirements of the society for colleges and universities aerobics talents,provide reference for practical talent training scheme.This paper uses literature,text analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,selection of 14 national sports colleges and universities aerobics direction of professional personnel training scheme,and the Beijing sports university,Shanghai sports institute and Hebei,Shandong sports institute,Jilin institute of physical education status quo of cultivating talents in five universities sports college research.The following conclusions:First of all,the calisthenics courses in colleges and universities mainly include public sports option(repair),sports education specialized compulsory,elective class and improve class,dancing,learning professional direction of the aerobics course several types,such as sports colleges and universities aerobics dancing professional include the direction is one of main methods to professional aerobics talents cultivation in China at present,the major belongs to the arts of dance to learn professional sports colleges,is a cross discipline specialty.Secondly,at present,the employment situation of aerobics graduates in physical education colleges is rather severe,mainly because of the quality of students and the quality of later training.The goal of talent training tends to assimilate obviously,and the training specification involves a wide and general range,which cannot reflect the characteristics of the cross discipline between sports and art in the direction of aerobics.In particular,the practicality of practical courses is not strong,and students'practical ability cannot be well cultivated.According to the characteristics of aerobics major,this paper puts forward a scientific revision of personnel training program,and constructs an application-oriented personnel training mode of"two-subject-four-orientation for dance aerobics major in physical education colleges and universities on the basis of the personnel training program.
