In the 21st century,China is experiencing unprecedented economic growth.Our society is increasing demand for talents in all walks of life,which requires more diverse ways in talent training of Chinese higher education.Undergraduate education hold fundamental position in Chinese higher education.The Education Department of our country reform several times and get a lot of beneficial explorations in innovation of talent training model and improving the quality of talent training.However,there are still many problems.In this context,proposing the talent training model of Respecting self and Differentiated cultivation, has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper includes six parts:introduction, concept interpretation, foreign research, domestic issues, pattern construction and conclusion.Taking the methods of literature research, historical research and comparative research, we analyzes the most representative characteristics and common experiences of talent training in the most developed countries'higher education including France, Germany, America, Japan and so on.Thinking back to the talent training model of Chinese higher education,we can find out that there are many problems exist.Such as,students'volunteers do not respect the students themselves;the idea of University is biased;the cultivation objective and the cultivation method are single and so on.We put forward the talent training model of Respecting self and Differentiated cultivation.In this model,Respecting self is the guiding concept of Differentiated cultivation, and Differentiated cultivation is the cultivate methods of Respecting self.We combine both aspects and construct the talent training program of four levels:the refinement of school type, the diffluent personnel training, the diversified teaching methods and curriculum structures.The talent training model is in line with philosophical idea and conform to the state of higher education in our country.I believe that its application and practice will actively promote the development of Chinese higher education.
