The austere reality has a higher requirement for the education of teachers for children in occupational high schools. Their jobs are not only to develop students to be qualified for children's teachers, but also to develop their all-round diathesis to make them to be qualified persons with ability of tastes, enjoyment, of beauty representation and appreciation of beauty.From the status in quo of education of teachers for children in occupation high school, the teaching concepts methods and contents are comparatively lagging, and there are very few music teaching textbooks suitable for the situation of China in specialty of teachers for children in music in occupational high schools. The dissertation aims at solving such problems, researches music textbooks in Jiangxi province in occupational high schools, adopts methods of literatures, investigations, comparative analyses and discussions to analyze their advantages and disadvantages from different angles, dissertates their shortcomings and their trends, provides some personal opinions and suggestions as for those problems in music teaching materials, and tries to promote the development of educational career of teachers for children in music in occupational high schools in China.
