Guided by the policy "active encouragement great supports, correct leadership, strengthening management," supported by the policy the establishment of private schools with the social establishment of private schools with the social forces. Private middle schools in Quanzhou have made a breakthrough, and promoted the fast development of private middle school education in Quanzhou. As a result, they have become a specific area of fast development of private school education of the whole province ,the scale of development of private school has taken shape ,but the development of private middle school education is still restricted by some factors ,space remains for the promotion of private school education.Adopting the bibliography methodology diagram methodology statistic methodology, the methodology of the whole combining with case. Through the probe into private middle school education in Quanzhou during Republic period, such as the purpose of education, designed courses, culture of campus ,teacher's state ,source of the funds and management of private middle schools, the thesis aims to analyse the effects of private middle school education during Minguo period on modern middle school education, providing a mirror for better development and puicker development of private middle school in Quanzhou.
