Daily communications and person's development are closely related, the conditions of a person's daily communications has a great impact on his/her development. But academic research on the relation between daily communications and a person's development is a blind spot. Therefore, probe a person's development in his/her daily communications and clarify the relation between daily communications and a person's development has an important theoretical and practical significance for improving person's development and accelerating the modernization process.Daily communications is an important part of daily life, in its essence; it is the intercourse activity among individuals of our daily life. Daily communication has several characteristics such as closeness, routine, singleness, repeatability, freeness etc, which make it has both positive effect and negative effect to a person's development at the same time. On the one hand, daily communication has positive effect to a person's development. First of all, it is the activity that sustains the individual's survival and development, and has the direct survival significance and importance for the individual. For the other, it is the prerequisite for human's survival, and has the most important effect to material production and human's reproduction. For another, it is the most important enlightening education, which establishes the foundation of a person's development. Furthermore, it is the activity for economic benefit, which makes a person has more time and vigor for the non-daily communication. Last but not the least; it is the foundation of daily life, which offers the feel of familiarity, safety and at home. But on the other hand, Daily communication may restrict a person's development. Because it can restrain a person's subjectiveness and forming of individuality for its characteristic of routine and lack of creativity; obstruct a person's healthy development if in an unequal interpersonal relation; restrict a person's development if it is only a confined interpersonal activity; astrict social large-scale production and a person's development for its characteristic of regionality and closeness.Chinese nation has formed huge daily communication systems during a long period over 5000 years. Influenced by Chinese traditional cultures, daily communications in China is bonded by patriarchism and consanguinity, centered by moral ethics and featured by strong human sentiment, which seriously restrain a person's development. Since the Reform and Opening, the concept of patriarchism and moral ethics has weakened, but never changed radically. Nowadays, daily communication systems in our country is still bonded by patriarchism and consanguinity, which leads to social hierarchy, restrain a person's freedom and individuality; centered by moral ethics, which ignores a person's characters, swells conservatism and parochialism, thus restrains a person's development; featured by human sentiment, which eliminates equity in front of law, strengthens the relationship network brewing corruptions and effects a person's forming of independence, justness and candidness. Therefore, reforming the traditional daily communication, strengthening non-daily communication, improving the development of our people is imperative.To break the traditional daily communication system in our country, reform and reconstruct daily communication and improve a person's all-around development, efforts must be made in the following several aspects. First, reforming our culture to make subject of daily communication transforms from tradition to modernization; Second, constructing the capability-standard society to break the restrictions of traditional daily communication patterns; Third, realizing of democratization, rationalization and law-based governing to contain the erosion of non-daily communication by daily communication; Last, boosting the harmonious development of non-daily communication and daily communication to create conditions for a person's all-around development.
