Research On M-Learning System Architecture And Application

As multi-media, network and information technologies developed fast, the next generation"M-Learning"will cause the education revolution again.This thesis lucubrates both on theory and practice about M-Learning.The theory part expatiates the developing course of education from distant learning to M-Learning.It provides the definition of M-Learning and its advantages by comparinging with E-Learning. This part makes a deep research on the application cases both in China and abroad to provide suggestions for China. It takes apart the main theory and technology to support M-Learning and establishes a logistic architecture with network architecture. M-Learning brings great changes to physical, sciential and psychological environment. The thesis introduces three model of M-Learning. It gives the principles for M-Learning educational design for the first time.The practice part displays the M-Learning System based on WAP, including students, teachers and administrators module. Each module has a logistic structure, part of the scripts on main function and the picture of the real visualized system. Then, the thesis analizes the marketing size on M-Learning and customers. It establishes the basic structure of M-Learning value chain. The obstacles and solutions are proposed as well. Finally, the auther suggests the application model in formal education system like schools or universities, and informal system like enterprises and training centers.
