In the study on the professional development of teachers, people are trying to search for a basic knowledge, which can reflect the"professional characteristics"of teachers by forming and enlarging it. 1986,Shulman who was the president of the American educational research association and a professor at Stanford University, proposed the concept of pedagogical content knowledge(PCK), which was defined that an understanding the specific teaching-topic how to characterize,organize and show to adapt all students'Interest and ability using the closer integration of the content knowledge and general pedagogical knowledge. And he believed that the fuzzy boundaries among education experts, subject experts and subject teachers will be clear, according to whether they have the knowledge system or not and reach what extent, and then this providing a new perspective for the professional development of teacher. But in our country, the study on PCK is still at the initial stage, mainly discuses its connotation, characteristics, values and significances, is not systematic.The article mainly describes how to form teachers'PCK to provide a reference for the professional development of teachers, in the perspective of the professional development of teacher. It is made up of five parts: the first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the status of relevant study in our country and abroad, discovers problems and clears the object of study; The second part analyses the connotation, mainly deconstructs and constructs the connotation of PCK; The third part is the motivation of forming the PCK, mainly analyses the Internal and external motives about the forming of PCK; The forth part is the process of the forming PCK, mainly researches the formation mechanism and the formation stages of PCK; The fifth part is a brief summary. As for research methods are literature and investigation that includes questionnaire, interview and observation. The conclusion of the study is that internal and external motives promote the formation of PCK; the mutual cross of horizontal and vertical development of PCK leads to the development of PCK; the formation of teachers'PCK is made up of four stages that is separation of knowledge, initial formation, integration and perso- nality, and its formation of time, places, ways and its morphology are special in every stage.
