Research On The Elderly Care Model In Urban Community

The arrival of the aging society makes older caregivers become important and pressing research questions. How to solve the aging of the population and the problems brought about by in such a developing country is an extremely challenging reality.The growing aging population, increasingly weakened family endowment functions, the government's limited financial resources to continue to explore our community elderly care model came into being. In this paper, referring to foreign "community care" of this concept in the analysis of urban community resources and needs of the elderly care services, as well as other countries take care of the elderly on the basis of summing up China's urban communities out of the six elderly care model, and in accordance with the care and self-care ability the situation will take care of the elderly A-F is divided into six types, using "the bottle theory", in view of the analysis for each type of care in choosing the right model, and care for the elderly in urban communities for the smooth implementation of the policy recommendations accordingly. Community patterns of the elderly to take care of us properly resolve the problem taken care of the elderly population, improve the various levels of elderly care system is not only of great theoretical significance, but also have important practical significance.This paper consists of five parts: Part I, it introduce mainly the characteristics, the current situation and development trends of the country's aging in our nation; Second part discusses domestic and foreign scholars on elderly care needs and patterns of older caregivers; The third part analyze the elderly service needs in urban communities and the resources of community service in detail; On the basis of characteristics analysis for family care, institutional care, community care, the paper propose the author's views and propositions by using "the bottle theory" to the choice of model for taking care of the elderly in Chinese urban communities. Part V , in order to better the implementation of care for the elderly in urban communities, the paper also propose the corresponding policy recommendations according to the existing problems of the urban community care for the elderly.
