Discussing The Training Work Of College Student Cadres In The New Era

The student cadre is the special group in college. They play a very important role in college who are active in Communist Youth League, student unions, student organizations and every class Committee. The number of student cadres accounted for more than one third of all students. Training college student cadres has an important significance, and has achieved great positive results. Over the years, management in student cadres has worked out a set of fairly perfect and systemic supervisory models, formed a multi-level interchange network. Through training, large quantity outstanding student cadres have completed the vital task in various fields on campus, played a positive role. They also have achieved the comprehensive development in morality, intelligence and physique aspects in the process of serving for the students. However, some student cadres and student cadres training on some aspects have some problems more or less. This article will use some methods for instance literature, interview, case analysis, comprehensive analysis methods. It will unify the fundamental research and the realistic question, expatiate the training work of college student cadres in the new era from three aspects-the significance of student cadre training, present situation and reasons, and Countermeasures.
