Research On The Strategy And Cultivation Of College Student Cadre Leadership

College student cadre is the outstanding group of the students with influence and appeal,is the bridge and link between teachers and students,is a backbone for the management of colleges and universities,and also the future builders and successors of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.To better play the role of the student cadre,it is a must to cultivate and improve its leadership.To strengthen the cultivation of the student cadre leadership in colleges and universities,is implementing the scientific concept of development,meet the needs of the innovative talents cultivation,is the need of the construction of harmonious campus in colleges and universities,is also an effective way for student cadres to realize the individual all-round development and help promote their self education,can satisfy the inner demand of the development of the student cadre,and is also helpful to form a good school spirit.But what is the current status of college student cadre leadership? Do schools and students themselves ever trained student cadres with consciousness and strategies? Based on this thinking,this study mainly focused on the college student cadre leadership,by selecting samples school questionnaires and interviews,in order to understand the status quo and problems of college student cadres in leadership,and the cause of the problem,so that we can carry on the deep analysis,and raise targeted training strategies.In this study system,on the basis of combing the related academic literature,we drew lessons from the Chinese academy of sciences “The Five-dimensional Model of School Leadership” and designed a college student cadre leadership questionnaire and interview outline,made questionnaire survey selectively on three major categories student cadre from J Normal University of arts,science,art class,and interviewed the part of the student cadre and student managers(teachers).We summarized the current status of university student cadre's overall leadership and did differential analysis on the college student cadre leadership level.The current university student cadre leadership is above average,college student cadre leadership have significant differences in gender,age,grade,professional categories,the student cadre position,political affiliation.There are several problems among College student cadre leadership: main existence consciousness is not enough,the service consciousness is not strong,the utilitarian consciousness is too much;leadership theories is not sufficient and outstanding;executive ability,creativity,collaboration,force is not strong;working is not passive,leadership process lacks science and artistry;and we analyzed the problem from both the external and internal reasons.Training strategies are put forward in view of the current university student cadre leadership characteristics and causes of problems and from both aspects of school and student cadre.Schools should increase the importance of leadership development;Leadership theory courses should be set to develop leadership qualities;To explore the leadership training program,shape the leadership;Perfect student cadre management mechanism,stimulate the leadership potential;Consolidate student organization construction,construct student cadre's subjectivity.Student cadre should actively plan and learn,enrich the knowledge of leadership,strengthen leadership awareness;Grasp the opportunity,strengthen exercise,pay attention to leadership methods,improve the art of leadership;correct attitude,reflect on their own,enhance devotion towards work and improve the comprehensive quality.
