College classes are important carriers of school management and ideological and political education in China.Student cadres in colleges are the backbone in the class and the important pillar of college Students' ideological and political education.The crisis of role identity,such as role conflicts,role ambiguity,role slackness and role failure,will has impacts not only on the growth of student cadres,and on the class cohesion,but on their ideological and political education.Therefore,based on the existing research results,this research conducted an exploration on the role identification process of student cadres at Z college in Beijing.Through the analysis of the interview text,it is concluded that: Firstly,class cadres realize role identity in the process of role conflict and constant adjustment.In the process of role practice,class cadres may have conflicts with classmates,with each other and with themselves in time.When the conflict occurs,the first strategy of class cadres adopt is to tell others;After the role conflict is solved,the class cadres will reflect on his work,adjust his role expectation and self-evaluation,and emphasize his harvest and growth in the process of work.When the role conflict occurs again,the class cadres will change the way and method of work,and constantly find positive changes in the work of the students,so as to affirm the value and significance of their work,and then realize the role identity.Secondly,other people's negative evaluation is the key factor that causes class cadres role conflict.The difference between the negative evaluation of others and the self-evaluation of the class cadres lead to the self-doubt and self-negation of the class cadres,resulting in the role conflict.Thirdly,adjusting self-evaluation is the most important adjustment strategy to realize the role identity of class cadres.The class cadres complete the duty when the self-evaluation is high;When receiving negative comments from others,they will reflect on their work,question their ability to work,and lower their evaluation of themselves;In the following work,class cadres constantly adjust the focus of self-evaluation,affirm the value of their own work,and emphasize their own growth and harvest.According to the findings of this study and the characteristics of ideological and political education work,the following Suggestions are put forward to the head teachers and instructor: Firstly,to give more attention to class cadres and timely attention.The head teacher and the instructor must be able to communicate with the class cadre regularly;Timely find class cadres role difficulties,timely give class cadre work guidance and psychological counseling.Secondly,the class cadres should be given more encouraging evaluation,the class teacher and instructor should praise the class cadres in the work,give them more affirmation.Thirdly,must enhance the class cadre self-adjustment ability.The head teacher and the instructor should improve the ability of the class cadre to analyze the emotion,the ability of the class cadres to adjust the role expectation and the theory accomplishment of the class cadres.
