The Research On Current Situation Of Wushu Coaches In Physical Culture School And Sustainable Development In Jiangsu Province

For the improvement and sustainable development of martial arts routine in Jiangsu province, this thesis as martial arts coaches of Jiangsu for researching object, with the methods of Literature, Questionnaire, Interview and Statistics to analyze and investigate the coaches team structure ,quality structure and further education in Jiangsu amature martial arts schools .we come to the following conclusions through studies:1, The average age of 103 martial arts routine coaches is 32.8 in Jiangsu amature martial arts schools, age structure tends to be young, Most of them are Undergraduates and specialists. among of them not lack of graduates with higher level of knowledge. It tells us the martial arts routine coaches in Jiangsu is a team with stronger vitality younger, higher level of knowledge.2, Among the 103 investigated martial arts coaches, there are 78.6 percent of coaches used to be athletes, which was conducive to their coming work. And 89.3 percent of the coaches have affirmed that the athletes experience is important in their work.3, Martial arts routine coaches in Jiangsu amature martial arts schools can master professional knowledge well, professional basis theory knowledge is not so good compared with professional knowledge, profession-relevant l knowledge is weak. coaches highlight the accumulation for professional knowledge more than profession-relevant l knowledge. It makes that the knowledge structure martial arts routine coaches in Jiangsu amature martial arts schools take on imbalance. And, the scores of professional knowledge and professional basis knowledge inner index show that martial arts coaches focus on the accumulation of practical experience.4, The coaches have a strong sense of innovation thinking but lack of strong sense of innovation creative thinking ability and logical reasoning ability. Their scientific purposes are clear, but the dynamic of scientific research is inadequate, inadequatacy of ability of aquiring and analysing information and using computer is the main factors that affect their research capacity .5, Cognizance for after–education of martial arts routine coaches in Jiangsu amature martial arts schools coaches is very high. They have set up idea of lifetime learning. But they have less enthusiasm for the current system of teaching theory knowledge.
