Peers are frequently conflicted with each other. This is a natural process for peer interaction. To deal with these seemingly small and insignificant conflicts is an important component of the teacher's daily work. Teacher's educational behaviors will directly impact on children's growth. This study investigated the status quo of teacher's educational behaviors in peer conflict. The aim is to offer reference for teachers to improve teacher's educational behaviors in peer conflict.This study mainly used a qualitative research methods, complemented by volume of research methods. The objects of this study are four kindergarten teachers and two mother teachers in middle shift. The time of gathering information is from September 10,2007 to October 25,2007.It mainly take the way of non-participatory observation, formal interviews and informal interviews to collect information.The process of research mainly followed three paths: (1) Conclude teachers' educational behaviors through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the interview resources about kindergarten teachers' educational behaviors in peer conflicts.(2) Conclude the teacher' concept and the factors affecting teachers' educational behaviors in peer conflict that teachers think. (3) Analyze the confliction between the concept of teachers and the factors affecting teachers' educational behaviors in peer conflict that teachers think through comparing with interviews and observations.The teachers' educational behaviors are different in the different ground and different type of preschooler in peer conflict. So do the different career stage of development and different type of kindergarten teacher. At the same time, kindergarten teacher' educational behaviors in peer conflict exist some problems, such as the existence of the procedure, simply inhibiting conflict, too much emphasis on convention, out of standard and emotional problems. The main causes of these problems are as followed: the teacher' education concept, the teacher' emotion, the feelings of preschooler and the number of child.
