Interpersonal interaction and social adaption are the major contents of children's social learning,at the same time,they are also basic means of social development.The top class of kindergarten is the critical period of social development.As they have many special features such as selfishness,concrete image thinking and Incomplete development of language competence,peer conflict occur frequently.In order to form a good peer relationship and promote its social development,it's really important that guiding children solving peer conflict in right way and this is good for that children can develop positive strategy to resolve peer conflict.This research uses the literature method and the experiment method comprehensively,selects two kindergarten classes in Tianjin and divides into experimental class and control class randomly.The effective participants in the experimental class and the control class were 26 and 24 respectively.Drawing lessons from the framework and story situation of Peer Conflict Resolution Strategy Evaluation which She Cuihua used in her master thesis.Meanwhile,using Social Measurement method-Peer rating Evaluation as the main measurement tool,and the method of problem-solving was used to intervene and guide the children's peer conflict in one day in the experimental class,and the preset activity plot scheme war carried out to guide the children so as to promote them to deal with the peer conflict correctly.The results show that:children in the top class kindergarten use more negative conflict resolution strategies in peer conflict.The use of problem-solving method to intervene in peer conflict improves the negotiation and cooperation of children in the experimental class,explains the score of request strategy,and reduces the score of complaint seeking and forced attack in experimental class.The problem-solving method is used to intervene the peer conflict,which can improve the choice of positive strategies in peer conflict.The use of problem-solving method to intervene in peer conflict can reduce the choice of negative strategies in peer conflict,and the use of problem-solving method can improve children's peer acceptance ability and peer communication ability.According to the results of the study,the researchers suggested that teachers should correctly face the peer conflict between children,that teachers should use the correct methods to guide children to adopt appropriate strategies to solve peer conflicts,and that teachers should strengthen the learning of problem-solving methods.The method of problem solving is used to deal with children's peer conflicts,and the children are respected and given space to deal with their peer conflicts.
