Self-evaluation of educational technology training by university teachers is a good complement to objective evaluation of the test to encourage teachers to improve the training.Meanwhile,educational technology self-evaluation improves the accuracy of evaluation. Currently,there are many related reaserch about educational technology training,but it is still relatively little in the method of quantitative analysis. Reasonable Scale was applied .By Comparison of results before and after the training ,we can improve the quality of educational technology training.It summed four-level indicators by Documentary research Delphi expert and interview ,including awareness and responsibility, teaching theory and application, acquisition and development of teaching resources, teacher development. Each level indicators includes corresponding secondary index.It generates initial Scale, In which a target 4, a total of 17 secondary indicators.Secondly, analyze the modle basied the theory of structural equation model .Modify and validate the scale basied the output of the tooth of structural equation model. There are 210 questionnaires collected. Do confirmatory factor analysis using lisrel software by Structural equation model theory. It generates final scale after modifying by theory and output of data analysis ,ingcluding a target 4, a total of 15 secondary indicators.Thirdly,test the reliability and validity of final scale and verify the validity of scale. The output of testing proves that the final scale has high reliability and high degree; with the theory of structural cross-group invariance of structural equation model, verify the validity of the scale.The steps are pattern invariance,factor loading invariance,factor variance invariant,indicator uniqueness variance invariant and factor covariance invariant. The model has not deteriorated after 5 lasting steps.The modle is reasonable. Finally, it is the application of the final scale. compare pre-test and post test results of the scale, we can find the problem on the scale of the four dimensions .by analyzing the results of the training process to discuss the strengths and weaknesses, it suggests improvements for uniersity teacher educational technology .in the further, the research can provide valuable reference for educational technology edutraining of university.
