The education of international students in China is an important way to spread Chinese culture and promote international communication as well, which may contribute a lot to foreign affairs, economy and technology. The education of international students, as a way of cultural exchange, develops the dialogues between different cultures and diverse nationalities worldwide. The countries, which accept international students, have a lot of benefits in culture and economy, while the international students may learn the advanced science and technology. Therefore, the exchange becomes the best choice for countries, and meanwhile, each country regards the education of international students as the important way of economic development.Inner Mongolia, as a minor group area far away, seems a little bit undeveloped in the education of international students. Nevertheless, the cultural uniqueness and regional characteristics become attractions to international students.This thesis aims to clarify the current state and analyze the factors of international students'education in Inner Mongolia universities so that measures can be taken for better and faster development of education of international students.This thesis, based on the Theory of Intercourse by Juergen Habermas, indicates that the sound development of international students'education is no doubt the important way for communication.This thesis adopts several methodologies like questionnaire and interview, etc., and finds the point of the education of international students as a margin area in research (So far, no research has touched this area from the viewpoint of sociology). In terms of this, the theoretical structure can be easily found: the analysis of international students in Inner Mongolia universities; the factors which influence the development of international students'education and the analysis of the strategies for future education.
