Master of business administration (MBA) is originated from Europe and the United States, which trained senior professional managers in the development of professional master’s degree. MBA education in China began in1991, after more than20years of development, MBA education has trained a large number of management personnel in China, and a positive affection on the economic construction, reformation and opening.MBA education of Inner Mongolia University has been through11years, trained more than3,000graduates, the majority of graduates became the backbone and play supporting roles for economic construction in Inner Mongolia. In recent years, colleges of MBA education in China kept innovation and reform, diversifying forms of recruitment, pre-recorded ahead pre-enlisting high quality students, and deepening degree of internationalization constantly, in such a context, studies of the development strategy of Inner Mongolia University MBA education is particularly important.This paper uses theoretical knowledge and analysis tools of strategic management, analyze Inner Mongolia University MBA educational development strategy systematically, and formulate specific strategic measures. In this paper, using PEST model Porter’s five forces model for the external environment analysis, draw Inner Mongolia University MBA education facing the external opportunities and threats. Through the comparative analysis between the colleges and universities and combining the actual situation of Inner Mongolia university MBA education internal environment analysis, it is concluded that the internal advantages and disadvantages of MBA program. SWOT analysis tool for strategic analysis and strategic matching, it is concluded that the MBA program with a choice of strategy are:"brand" strategy, strategy of "characteristic","quality" strategy and "internationalization" strategy. In the investigation and study and develop on the basis of SWOT analysis of Inner Mongolia university MBA education development strategy goal:to around2018to upgrade the comprehensive strength of the Inner Mongolia university MBA education to the national top50MBA authorized institutions, become a region of Inner Mongolia, western one of the most distinctive MBA program. In the SWOT analysis and is helpful to achieve strategic objectives on the basis of strategic choice, choose the strategy of "characteristic" and "quality". Finally, put forward concrete strategic measures for the strategy of "characteristic" and "quality" strategy.
