Problem-based learning(PBL),which appeared in the current foundation,is a kind of new learning principle and method, is a teaching pattern quite reasonably close to constructivist instructional learning theory and its teaching principle. More and more people are interested in it.Based on generally discussing concept,principle,practicing tactics of problem-based learning,this article mainly analyzed the conditions under that problem-based learning is applied in junior biology,and explored principles while practicing problem-based learning in junior biology,and discussed the detailed methods of holding problem-based learning on two sides of classroom teaching and experiments.According to contesting test and numerical statistics,it is proved the superiority of practicing problem-based learning in junior biology.
