To carry out the Seventh Centrality Document better, in the course of implementing <> , making a questionnaire, investigating, interviewing, collecting statistics, analyzing and studying, the results from the investigation suggest that: the students'enthusiasm of studying is not enough, sports skill is not enough, students don't like the teaching materials collected; the teaching method that teacher organised is singleness, instructional mode is slipslop, and they are short of clear request of study quality; the teachers'thought acquaintanceship is lag; the leaders don't attach importance to it, sports field, equipment and establishment can't satisfy the request of sports skill teaching. the teaching actuality of junior high school's physical education, sports and skill in Huhhot, to advance countermeasure of contraposing being problems: choose carefully, widen and empolder the teaching content of sports skill, innovate teaching material and teaching method, advance students'interest to learn sports skill, to make them benefit all their lives; to renovate the school leaders and PE teachers'notion, to advance cognition, strengthen teachers procession construct. To make sports skill teaching be operable and pertinency and to be an important carrier of students studying sports skill and health course and managing the course aims.
