Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province as the first experimental area curriculum reform, curriculum reform has been carried out for nine years, but Ningbo city junior high school physical education and health curriculum implementation research is still scarce. In this study, literature, questionnaire, interview, statistics, logic, analysis and other methods of Ningbo City,61 junior high school physical education teachers and students conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews, the status of teachers in the sport, the New Course change the concept of awareness and acceptance, goal setting physical education, physical education content, organization and methods of physical education, physical education assessment, physical education curriculum resource development and utilization of other aspects of the investigation and analysis, to find the New Curriculum of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Implementation factors related to the education sector for the development of educational policy and regulations and other highly targeted recommendations and proposed measures to further promote the new curriculum Ningbo Sports theoretical basis for the process.Through investigation, draw the following conclusions:1. Ningbo sports teachers:sex ratio difference is bigger, the proportion of female teachers less; Age structure by young teachers mainly has the advantage, they have a strong understanding ability and creative ability, operation ability and organizational ability, teaching experience, education structure by undergraduate education give priority to with good theoretical foundation; All of these new course standard to further promote has laid a good foundation.2. PE teachers of sports and health standards of the concept of awareness remains to be further improved, and in the knowledge of the sports curriculum objectives have certain errors, there is too much emphasis the cultivation of students' interest in sports while ignoring sport technique teaching tendency. New course standard training efforts should be strengthened.3. The content of sports teaching mainly ball, athletics, swimming is given priority to. can't meet the diverse needs of students, sports teaching organization form and teaching method is relatively single, should actively explore and try new sports teaching mode.4. Sports evaluation content or with knowledge and skills and fitness evaluation is given priority to, ignore students'learning attitude and affective expression and cooperation spirit of evaluation and progress.
