PURPOSE: To further explore the evaluation indicators and related factors for the windsurfers in physical training, the research analyzes the monitoring and evaluation methods of windsurfing aerobic endurance training and strength training, which provides scientific basis for physical training.METHODS: 3 males and 3 females were chosen from the national windsurfing team for the research, to analysis and evaluation the windsurfers' aerobic endurance of graded load test on running and dynamometer, and make use of "Testing and Assessment System of Strength Training by Weight" to test,analyze and evaluate the speed- strength, strength endurance and maximal power.CONCLUSIONS:1. As athletes' physically weak foundation, aerobic endurance level need to be further improved. In the process of training, lactate-HR would be as the simple index in order to evaluate the exercise intensity, and improve athletes' level of aerobic endurance.2. Athletes should be targeted to carry out aerobic endurance training, and improve their cardiopulmonary fitness level, and use a variety of methods and means to accelerate the speed of internal lactate elimination.3. Athletes should be strengthened alternation between physical training on land and on-water training. Land-based training to make up for water failed to complete training for physical training. Guarantee that athletes to complete the load and intensity training of water tactics and technical under condition of calm wind. The key athletes would be monitored of inside and outside load index.4. Power should be the core of all the strength training. The training plan and aims should be made by the characters of each windsurfer.5. The maximum weight of barbell is not necessary for large strength training. The athletes could use medium or small weight and accelerate the pull-up velocity to achieve large strength training.6. Velocity makes more efficient then strength to improve power through training. Pulling velocity may be sensitivity guide line to evaluate the quality of training.7. Physical training means and methods must be with the on-water training, the establishment of an effective system of evaluation systems, and according to changes of physiological and biochemical index, then further improve and restore the supplementary means.
