The national quality education slogan has been put forward for a long time,and the demand for talents in various industries is not only at the academic level.Good values,basic human qualities and physical health conditions are all considered as important factors.However,with the development of the national economy,people’s living standards have become more prosperous and their lives have become more convenient.However,at the same time,many people lack appropriate exercise and the development of good living habits,resulting in most sub-healthy conditions,and college students are no exception.The state is paying more and more attention to the physical health of students,constantly revising and improving the standards for students’ physical health.Colleges and universities are also actively responding to national policies,and regularly carry out student physique tests every year to monitor the physical health of students.This article is mainly aimed at two types of user groups,students and teachers,using the framework of Sring+Spring MVC+My Batis to develop the B/S architecture of the system,and by building a Hadoop distributed cluster,using its Map Reduce distributed computing framework to complete the design model Part of the algorithm is implemented in parallel,which makes the system more efficient and reliable in the algorithm calculation of large-scale physical test data,so as to complete the system’s evaluation and management of the student’s physical test data.Whether it is to evaluate and analyze physical data sets or visualize data,the key step before proceeding is to preprocess the data.Subsequent data mining based on data preprocessing will have higher integrity,accuracy and reliability.Sex.Processing of missing items,feature coding and other parts.Among them,this paper constructs a KNN-based method for filling in the missing data of the missing items in the preprocessing of the physical data to fill in the missing data.After the data has been processed,this paper designs a method for evaluating students’ physical fitness based on factor analysis,and derives four dimensions for evaluating students’ physical test data: physical fitness,body shape,physical function,and athletic ability.After the second treatment,the physical fitness evaluation is carried out from these four dimensions,and then the evaluation results are qualified and the following aspects are given improvement suggestions,and the calculation results of the national standard are compared and analyzed to verify the reliability of the model.Because when the volume measurement data sample of the input model becomes huge,the calculation of some algorithms under the ordinary stand-alone computer will be restricted by resources,which affects the calculation efficiency of the system.This paper uses Hadoop’s Map Reduce distributed computing model,through the filling of KNN-based volume measurement missing item data involved in the algorithm and the parallelization of the PCA algorithm in factor analysis,the design and implementation of the function in the idea,so that the system can calculate in the algorithm model It is more efficient and reliable.In the implementation of the system,this article implements the functional modules on the student and teacher sides,mainly for the system login module,student physical test item reservation module,student physical fitness evaluation and analysis module,teacher class information management module,student physical fitness statistics module of each class,and teacher The news release module has made a detailed introduction.
