Empirical Study On Physical Quality Of Students Major In Badminton

Nowadays,the level of modern badmiton sport is improving and the competition rules are being modified and improved as well.Especially the new rule "21 points per game,each ball scores a point"is executed.Compared with the old rules,there isn't the siyuation of "losing a ball,losing a point"in the game."Contesting each point" becomes more and more important.At the same time,the time of game has been abbreviated,thus,the players remain their energy,the rehythm of attack and defence is quickened;the intensity of game is increased.All of these require that players should improve their physcial qualities,which have become a key factor in scoring points.In recent years,with the badmiton sport being popolar in universities,more and more universities start up the course.However,during the training of badmiton ,most universities focus on the practice of special skills.While they pay little attention to the training of students'physcial qualities,which will of course have negative effects on the improvement of students' sport leve.By means of literature refence, experiment and heritage data method,the paper studies the effects on physcial qualities,the hallmarks of badmitom,the relationship between physcial qualities and special skills and the energy supply features of Project Badminton.The experiments and studies show that it can improve students'physcial qualities by training it in teaching and it can make students master the sports skills and improve their practical skills.It's easy for them to understand and digest this kind of teaching method.It'seffective.And it can be carried out in course of teaching.So I suggest we should enforce the training of physcial qualities in other courses.It will be helpful in improving students' physcial qualities level and grasping the special skills.
