The Present Inveatigation And Study On The Physical Teachers Of Special Education Schools Of Beijing

Special education sport is an important part of school sports,as a social and cultural phenomenon,developing with development of the China school education.Interim Provisions of special schools and sports law explicitly pointed out:"special education schools should implement the national education policy,according to students physical and mental characteristics and the actual need for education","schools should create conditions for disabled student to organize sports with their features activities".This requires physical education teachers to master the ways of training and physical disability compensation of the basic physical and mental defects, with a certain professional quality.However,do special education physical teachers' qualities of Beijing can be adapted to current teaching requirements,meet the needs of students,That is also related to the development of special education and special schools to further deepen the reform of the sports.In the paper,using literature data,interviews,questionnaires, mathematical statistics methods and so on,by surveying and researching of age,of sex,of first degree,of basic quality,of 23 special schools of 45 physical teachers of Beijing,I had came conclusions:Ⅰ.The lack of special full～time PE teachers in Beijing,highly educated sports teacher ratio is not high,teachers' age trend of younger,sports teachers sex ratio imbalance;Ⅱ.Physical teachers of special education are higher overall level of quality of thinking.Special education PE.teachers love the cause of special education,love of their students,have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication,but they aren't satisfied with the special teacher's social status and benefits,don't have very strong sense of career honor and sense of career achievement and dedication to the cause of special education,the incentive to work mostly from the need to survive;Ⅲ.The overall level of psychological quality is better.Teachers' abilities of performance and spiritual sentiment are relatively strong;teachers' quality of will is general,the regulation of mood is not very strong; teachers' adaptation capability is not very strong,and role changing is more slowly; Ⅳ.The knowledge is lower.Teachers of public infrastructure knowledge is relatively weak,professional skills and professional knowledge are relatively scarce,especially legal,special education psychology, scientific research methods are poor,the special teaching skills is not good;Ⅴ.The ability and the quality of the special education PE teachers is the middle and imbalanced.Teachers have better language skills and general teaching ability,teachers can according to the special nature of the students and physiological characteristics set down teaching plans,conduct classroom design assessment and diagnosis,but the scientific capabilities of teachers is rather poor,the writing of the special education is small,the ability of the literature collected and self-study are not strong,the study of subject and use of scientific research methods are not very satisfactory;Ⅵ.pre-employment training and induction training of physical teacher post from the training phase.In addition,the paper on the current status carry on a more objective analysis and discussion,and based on this,on the future special education PE teachers in-service and pre-service post training,provide countermeasures and recommendations of the scientific,of the reasonable and of the characteristics,to strengthening and enhancing the professional special education PE teachers' quality,and for establishing a sound of mechanism of special Education Physical teacher,to provide a theoretical basis and practical support.
