In the training of athletes for several years, it is the key of success to control training effectively; in the training of high level althletes, it is curcial to improve the weakers'of athlete's special physical qualities effectively. To diagnose the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's condition of special physical qualities and the circumstance of development of them scientifically in training of many years, and to improve the direction and effectiveness for a given period of time, the research has created the regress model and evaluation criterion of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's special physical qualities, and then has put forward the quantitative monitoring method. And in order to provide foundation for the high jump sportswomen's selection, the research has found out the characteristic of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's special body form.The research is application theory research, and it has developed the construction of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's special physical qualities norm system, forecast model, evaluation criterion, diagnosis and evaluation method, and method system of quantitative monitoring of the mode training which is based on the conclusions mentioned above, by documentary, specialist visit, Delphi, questionnaire investigation, Grubbs, factor analysis, standardized multiple regression analysis, Grey correlation analysis, path analysis and Grey situation method. We have reached the following main results:⑴The article has created the construction model of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's special physical qualities, and has analyzed the typical norms on theory.The inside level model of Chinese outstanding high jump sportswoman's special physical qualities norm system is comprised of the criterion level which include 6 categories factor, namely special whole body explosive force, special jump, special legs power, special flex, special speed and special endurance; the norm level which include snatch/weight, 4-6 steps approach high jump, bear a heavy burden semi-crouch coefficient, back bridge, 30M and the number of 80%-85% of the best achievement. In the construction of special physical quality, the Gray correlation sequence about the above 6 norms and special achievement is: 4-6 steps approach high jump(0.2086)>30M(0.2021)>bear a heavy burden semi-crouch coefficient (0.1731) > snatch/weight(0.1651) > the number of 80%-85% of the best achievement (0.1473)>back bridge(0.1039). The typical norms are the basis for the mode training of definite quantitative determination monitor. The research has discovered that there is a deviation between the training contents arrangement proportion on the macroscopy and the significance degree of norms on the microcosmic in the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswoman's special training, and has proposed that coaches should increase suitably the proportion of training which develop the special jump, special speed, and special lower limbs force.⑵The article has created the special achievement forecast model about special physical qualities.In order to react the relationship between all sensitive norms of special physical qualities and special achievement, and in order to help the coaches hold the whole effect of special physical qualities training, the article has found out the path of improving the special achievement of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen from the special physical qualities and has created the 6-level-regress equation, namely the forecast model as follow:⑶The article has researched the evaluation criterion and method of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's special physical qualities.The research of the serious evaluation criterions including the synthetic development level of all special physical qualities, the balance of development level between all special physical qualities, and the conformation level between the synthetic development level of special physical qualities and special achievement and evaluation method is the theory basis on clearing the direction of training, determining training focal point, scientific plan the sportswomen's special physical qualities training, and then improving the special achievement.⑷The article has created the mode training quantitative monitoring method system of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's special physical qualities based on the evaluation system, which include the principle, phase, mission, procedure, content and method of the quantitative monitoring, and has given an example.⑸The article has created the construction model of the Chinese outstanding high jump sportswomen's special body form, has analized the characteristic, and has analyzed the typical norms on theory.The inside level model of Chinese outstanding high jump sportswoman's special body form norm system is comprised of the criterion level which include 5 categories factor, namely mass center high, body type, body breadth, calf, and foot; the norm level which include body type proportion coefficient, body weight, shoulder breadth,arch of foot height. These typical norms are the basis for the selection of the high jump sportswomen.Chinese outstanding sportswomen's special body form characteristic is that the body mass center is higher and the body weight is lighter than other sports events', the wide of shoulder is suitable, the proportion of the thigh and calf is suitable, and the demand on the arch of foot is relative lower. When select the Chinese high jump sportswomen, coaches should recognize properly the degree of attention about sportswomen's body form selection of material.
