The study organizing the questionnaire of moral judgment and moral behavior, which basis on the theory of L. Kohlberg and the notebook of rule conduct for primary and middle school students, to investigate the actuality of moral judgment and moral behavior of Han, Yi and Hani students. And separate the variables into the grade, cultural background, nationality and sex, adopt the statistical methods, to discuss the influence of these variables on moral judgment and moral behavior. And also calculate the relativity relationship of moral judgment and moral behavior, try to find out consistency and difference between moral judgment and moral behavior of primary and middle school students. The results show:On the development of students' moral judgment, it appears consistency on the facts of grade; there is no difference between nationalities, areas and sexes.On the development of students' moral behavior, there are the difference significance on grade and sex, but no difference exist nationalities and areas.On the relativity relationship of moral judgment and moral behavior, there is the difference significance between the two, and have obviously consistency; the difference of grade and sex are very noticeable, the difference of nationality and area are also show the effect of moral judgment and moral behavior in the extent.
