The Research On Safe Traffic Education Among Primary And Secondary Students Base On Digital TV Platform

With the continuous expansion of the scale of traffic in China,traffic transport activities have become the most important day-to-day activities. Children and teenagers'safety in the traffic received more attention increasingly. Statistics show that, traffic accidents are the biggest unexpected casualty "killer" among primary and secondary students in our country. When primary and secondary students participate in traffic activities,they were hurt very easy as their physical and psychology are vulnerable. Lack of traffic knowledge and weak awareness of safety are common problems in primary and secondary schools .Education on safe traffic among primary and secondary students demands prompt strengthened. The author put forward new ideas by reading a lot of literatures,make the use of digital TV tower to build the educational safe platform of transportation, the importance of whose establishment is the resource construction.TV is a mass media,which is transmission scale widest, spreads fastest,owns most audience. At present,the digital TV is the resource construction,the most suitable to China's national conditions, realistic and effective means.This paper will explore such problems one by one, for example, safety education theoretical basis, technical support, as well as the resource construction on digital television media in this new platform.In the first part, the author instruct safety in the traffic and safety education. In the second part, it describes the digital TV in world and china, The advantages of digital TV. The end of this part ,the paper focuses on students and digital television. In the third part, the author discussed how to use digital television technology to conduct traffic safety education.
