Educational informatization is the core characteristic and basic connotation of educational modernization,and it is also an effective way for the rapid development of educational modernization.The application of information technology means in the field of early childhood education is not only the trend of the development of social modernization,but also an important practice in which information technology means play a positive role.Traffic safety education is a part of safety education.It is not only related to the life of young children,but also related to the happiness of every family.It helps young children develop essential skills in life,thus acutely identifying potential dangers in complex life scenes and protecting their lives.However,kindergartens do not carry out special activities of traffic safety education.They lack diversified teaching resources and teach in a preaching way.Therefore,children lack interest in learning and awareness of traffic safety.Educational games,which mainly rely on audio-visual materials,contain education in the game,is an informal and less preaching form of education.Therefore,it is of great significance to use educational games to carry out game teaching activities.First of all,this paper analyzes the background of the topic according to the relevant policy documents and objective reality of infant teaching,and discusses the necessity and importance of the implementation of the topic.Secondly,through investigation and literature research,this paper discusses the present situation of traffic safety education for young children,the application of educational games and educational games and the research status of early childhood education at home and abroad.Thirdly,under the guidance of "the content of daily safety education in school" and "the guide of learning and development for children aged 3-6 years ",and the discussion with first-line teachers is carried out to determine the knowledge and teaching objectives of traffic safety education for young children.At the same time,information technology means are introduced into classroom teaching.This educational game is based on the relevant clips in cartoons such as "Pipilu Security Secret Service "," Baby Bus "," Children’s car Safety22 military regulations" and so on.And the Kiili’s experiential game model is used as the educational game design model to design the educational game for children’s traffic safety education.Finally,three rounds of action research are carried out on the middle class children of Z kindergartens in M County,Gansu Province,hoping to help children master traffic safety knowledge and enhance traffic safety awareness through game teaching activities.In the process of special teaching,this study through the classroom observation scale,to understand the teaching activities and classroom activity through classroom observation scale.After the special teaching activities,the children were interviewed one to one,and the relevant experimental data were collected to understand the children’s mastery of traffic safety knowledge and the related consciousness attitude.The results show that the game teaching activities based on educational games can significantly enhance the enthusiasm of children to learn,promote their knowledge of traffic safety and form the corresponding awareness of traffic safety.
