School education has always been the most important form of education performance, in the rural areas where the economy is relatively backward, poor information, lack of education of human environment, School education to meet the education needs of the rual people through systematic curriculum and professional teaching force is the most important education establishments. It is not difficult to understand, any school's teaching goal is achieved through the implementation of curriculum, and the quality of education would be maximal improved only when the curriculum implemented effectively and rationally. But as curriculum executor, the teacher must launch teaching activity specifically only after interpretation of the curriculum. Therefore, we may say that teacher's understanding to curriculum idea and to curriculum text will directly determine the value orientation of curriculum implementation of teacher. Namely, to the choice of methods of implementation, to accepts, attitudes of target audience, and the evaluation of curriculum implementation and so on. But because of the ingrained traditional concepts of rural area, and the lag and flow of information receiving and obtaining in rural school, and so on a series of objective factors'restriction, The varied of Rural middle school teachers'own curriculum theoretical level and the specialized knowledge structure, as well as tests, 'baton' of university entrance exam's restriction, making them unable to carry out normal scientific and reasonable educational activities which is also conducive to the students of the physical and mental development. From the subjective aspect, different angles of teacher's understanding to curriculum, and different exciting site of concentration, or oneself to curriculum settings whether to approve, may trigger the curriculum understandable error, causing the after teaching far away from the normal track. Thus, the understanding of teachers'to curriculum and how to understand has become the key issue of affecting school education's success or failure and the level of education quality. The new curriculum reform has implemented a few years in Jilin Province. In the process of carrying out curriculum reform in rural area, has already underlined a number of problems, This paper is an case study through a long term in-depth investigation and study on Jilin province D county D town rural middle school by author. Had understood the rural junior middle school teachers'understanding ability as well as the concept and attitude to the new curriculum idea from the multiple perspectives, thoroughly analyzed the understanding to curriculum text and curriculum idea in the process of curriculum implementation as well as wrong understanding of rural teachers of junior secondary school, And analyzes the reason of the problems on the basis of massive real instance, proposes the corresponding countermeasures of how to correct the deviation of curriculum understanding and how to improve rural junior secondary school teacher understanding ability to curriculum.
