Since the early part of 80's in 20 centuries, Full service schools of public primary and second school in the United States start appearing and develop quickly. As a new kind of mode and principle of school, full service schools take public primary and second school as terrace, combine public service with the families and the students in the predicament, to attain the purpose of promote the children develop and provide effectively society public service .This with full service schools of public primary and second school in the United States start for object, Contents of the research mainly include: The development process of full service schools, Theories background, Realistic background, Implement, Main modes and the case analysis, Advantage and Predicament. The thesis is mainly divided into the following four chapters.Chapter 1, The development process of full service schools. This part mainly clarified an overall history grain of the development of full service schools. The embryo of full service schools can trace back to the generation and development of community school in 20's and 30's of 20 centuries; In 20 centuries 50 and 60 with 70's, this kind of coupling of school, community and family got a further development, and appeared new characteristic; After 80's in 20 centuries, Full service schools start appearing, and develop rapidly.Chapter 2, The theories background and realistic background of full service schools. This part mainly investigated deep time reasons of the generation and development of full service schools. Its advantage mainly lies in, integrating various beneficial resources, raising the efficiency of supplying of the society public service, the forms were diverse. Its problems include, lawmaking is not enough sound and concrete operation is not enough perfect, the funds isn't enough ample, evaluate is not enough mature etc, is several aspects. Its main inspiration is to emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, change the traditional concept of education and concept of school; the government provide the legislative guarantee and policy support, increase funding input; the active participation of community agencies and families; according to local conditions, project set up flexibly, and so on.This thesis carried a thorough investigation to the full service schools by the above-mentioned research, and on this foundation to get related conclusion.
