Today human society has past the time of extremelly appreciating heroes. A person who has a strong sense of competition will lose the chance for survival and development, and the spirit of cooperation become an important condition for us to integrate into the society naturally. With cooperation becoming more and more important for human society's development, young children's cooperative learning turn into a field which is worth being studied. This research was done on the basis of the predecessor's research results. Through making observation research in the kindergarten, and combining with the literature research and case analysis, the author revealed the nature of young children's cooperative learning, and discussed the instructional strategies of young children's cooperative learning.Young children's cooperative learning can be divided into two types, one is informal young children's cooperative learning, and another is formal young children's cooperative learning.Informal young children's cooperative learning has the nature of spontaneity and randomicity. The spontaneous joint games and mutually help among peers can be regarded as one type of informal young children's cooperative learning. The main point of informal young children's cooperative learning is making chance for children to contact and cooperate with peers. To do this, teachers must change their educational concepts, profoundly realize the developmental value of peer interaction, and enhance the awareness of making the chance for our young children to contact with their peers. Formal young children's cooperative learning, which has a group form, is planed and conducted by teacher purposefully. Through making a context in which young children can contact and cooperate with peers, it guides our children to participate in group discussion and group exploration actively. Thus it gives group activity a greater educational value and connotation. This article respectively discusses four questions: how to enhance young children's awareness of cooperation and their cooperation skills, how to form and manage a cooperative group, how to built positive interdependence among peers and incite young children to cooperate and contact with their peers, and how to evaluate a cooperative learning activity. In this way, the author introduces the instructional strategies of formal young children's cooperative learning. These instructional strategies are based on the characteristics of cooperative learning and young children's age characteristics, so they can ensure the smoothly implementation of cooperative learning. In the last part, the author promotes the questions which must be paid attention to:1.Combining these strategies organically and using them flexibly; 2.Selecting suitable activity content; 3.Teacher should play a important guiding role in Cooperative Learning Activity; 4.Teacher should be a observer and recorder of Cooperative Learning Activity.
