Study On Senior Three Students' Test Anxiety And Strategies

In recent years, students' psychological health is increasingly concerned by the whole society. Senior Three Students are suffering great pressure from heavy study, which easily leads to test anxiety. It's the test anxiety that may cause psychological health problems. Therefore, it is especially crucial for Senior Three Students to give good academic performance or to achieve their goals if they are provided proper measures to control their test anxiety.This thesis explored general features of Senior Three Students' test anxiety. Firstly, it discusses the test anxiety of senior three students. As to make sure senior three students' mental state, three researches have been done in Shenzhen Bibo Middle School, Guang Dong Province. The psychological test shows the level of students' test anxiety; the self-made questionnaire survey is helpful for us to get to know the general psychological problems that the students are facing and the statistics of the psychological counseling data gives us more information.Directed by the author's long-term working experience, using the results of the psychological test, the self-made questionnaire survey and the statistics of the psychological counseling data, the writer finds out and analysises four main factors that influence Senior Three Students' test anxiety: the students' own factor, the family factor, the school factor and the social factor.In the last part, the thesis systematically suggests essential strategies to control Senior Three Students' test anxiety-- Measures by parents, students, teachers and the school; Release Senior Three Students' test anxiety in deferent periods; Training of releasing Senior Three Students' test anxiety...
