Research On The Risk Of Lost Land Farmers' Employment

In recent years, a great deal of collective land was expropriated and large number of farmers lost their land in the suburbs in the process of urbanization. Because the employment is the basis of people's livelihood, these farmers not only lose employment and social security, but also face huge risks including the risks caused by the farmers' countermeasures to these risks. Their living condition will directly influence the reform, development and stabilization of our country. This thesis aims at this problem, analyses this issue of farmers' employment on the basis of investigation, and also puts forward some countermeasures.There are five parts in this thesis.The first section includes the origin, the review, the theoretical and practical significance of this study. This part also includes definition of concepts, the theoretical basis, the contents framework, the research methods and sample of this study;The second part analyses the current employment situation of lost land farmers in china, especially the situation of farmers in Chengdu during urbanization;The third part points out the factors of institution and sense which cause the employment issue of farmers who lost their infields in Chengdu city;The fourth part lists lost land farmers' countermeasures to this issue and analyses the risks caused by these countermeasures;The fifth part puts forward suggestions on this issue which includes improving the lost land farmers' risk sense and perfecting related social institutions.
