The seriously disabled children are quite different from the ordinary children. It's difficult for them to make abstract learning and develop their values according to their limited intelligence or low learning ability. Therefore, it is important to help them gain the ability to make a living independently in society in a controlled environment. The learning process of the disabled children is made up of two parts: learning and strengthening. In this essay, it is considered that the disabled children need plenty of strengthening after learning an expected behavior. This essay discusses the expected behavior theoretically and practically. In theory, experiments are used to find the effects of strengthening. It proved that strengthening in time can make it easier for the disabled children to make the expected behavior. In practice, situations in schools, at home and in society are introduced to explain how to strengthen the children to get the expected behaviour.
