Mathematics pre-service teachers are the main force of math teachers in the future.The mastery of math classroom teaching skills is particularly important for them.Math classroom skills are most common importing skills,questioning skills,Interpretation skills and language skills.And there is no lack of research on these skills in the literature,but the strengthening skills in math classroom are ignored by most educational researchers.In fact,rational use of strengthening skills in math classroom can effectively improve the efficiency of math teaching.Many first-line teachers often inadvertently use the strengthening skills.So the application of strengthening skills in math classroom needs to attract the attention of mathematics normal university students.Lesson study is an effective way to promote the professional development of in-service teachers,and it has certain basis to apply it to the skill training of pre-service teachers.Therefore,the study tries to apply the lesson study to the training of pre-service teachers strengthening skills in math classroom.The purpose of the research is to understand the current situation of the strengthening skills for pre-service teachers.Does the lesson study significantly improve the cognition of the classroom teaching strengthening skills for pre-service teachers?What are the improvements in the classroom strengthening skills of pre-service teachers in the lesson study?How does the lesson study helppre-service teachers to integrate the theoretical knowledge of classroom teaching strengthening skills into teaching practice?This study takes pre-service math teachers from three classes of a provincial key university as the research object,and adopts action research method to explore the effect of pre-service math teachers' strengthening skills training based on the lesson study.Firstly,103 pre-service teachers were tested on the theory of reinforcement skills to understand the cognitive status of reinforcement skills of pre-service teachers.Then two rounds of skill training were conducted.The pre-service teachers of three classes were divided into groups for group teaching.After the teaching,the group members communicated and discussed the application of strengthening skills.The second round of the lesson study is based on the discussion of pre-service teachers to reflect and modify the teaching design,and finally give the lecture in the big class and let the students comment on the application of their skillsThe data collected during the skill training process of the lesson study is analyzed by quantitative and qualitative methods.It is concluded that:(1)Pre-service math teachers did ignore the classroom strengthening skills,but after two rounds of the lesson study,pre-service teachers' cognitive attitudes towards strengthening skills have changed significantly,they recognize the important role of strengthening skills in math classroom teaching,and pay attention to the application of i strengthening skills in practical teaching.(2)In the two rounds of the lesson study,pre-service teachers have also made significant progress in the use of strengthening skills,including the use of multiple types of intensive skills and the use of other classroom teaching skills.(3)The training of intensive skills not only requires theoretical learning.More importantly,practice which can effectively integrate relevant theories into practice.The training of the lesson study should go through the process of theoretical learning-practical application exchange discussion-reflection-re-practice-self summarization.Repeated practice is more effective to promote normal students to integrate theory into practice.
