Based on the causes of bad behavior and its assessment and analysis, we formulate relevant strategies and establish appropriate procedures to correct bad behavior of students in the experimental class. We help correct students'speaking freely in class and not completing their homework on time; A case study on intervention at the same time is to correct students'speaking freely in class through management. It also helps students to self-manage and concentrate on the class. By using differential reinforcement,token economy,extinction and cognitive behavior management strategies to conduct intervention, outstanding bad behavior get better correction and academic performance of the whole class has been improved greatly. The excellent rate is raised from 42.7% to 72.4% after the intervention while the passing rate is raised from 98.2% to 100%. We not only help correct Zhong's speaking freely in class and interfering with other students, but also help correct Wang's not concentrating on the class. It is effective to use differential reinforcement management strategy to correct students'speaking freely in class and use token economy management strategy to correct students'not completing their homework on time. extinction management strategy help correct Zhong's speaking freely in class and interfering with other students and cognitive behavior management strategy also effectively help correct Wang's not concentrating on the class. This study tries to put forward practical behavior management strategies for school and students through combining theory and practice.
