All social sectors pay more and more attention to infant education. The research of brain science confirms that the first three years play an important role in the whole development of people. Parents as the mainly breeding persons to infants, their breeding ability is also important in infant's development. Therefore, training and guiding are important ways of increasing their breeding ability. Parenting education organization gives parents and infants a place where let them to be mutual. And it also provides a concrete and operable place in where parents can study how to guide and educate their babies. But at present, the guiding is quite weak in parenting education organization. And parenting education organization has to face many problems.This study investigate the parenting education organization in GuiLin using the method of case study,questionnaire,observation and interview . Through the study, the author finds that the teachers used following guiding tactics: demonstration,demonstration-neglect,illustration,suggestion,hint,neglect,expl-anation,lead and so on. The demonstration,demonstration-neglect and illustration are mainly guiding tactics. So the author made a depth study.Conclusion of this study as follow: First, the overall characteristics of teachers'guiding to parents:1.The teachers have consciousness of guiding parents, but the consciousness is not still enough ; 2.The guiding tactics used are interrelated with the develop stage of activities in class times;3.The guiding tactics focus on solving the breeding puzzled come from infant'parents;4.The guiding tactics are not only single, but also diversification;5.The demonstration,demonstration-neglect and illustration are mainly guiding tactics. Second, the factors of influence using guiding tactics:1.The teachers' professional knowledge storage ;2.The circs of teachers hold systematic method of guiding parents;3. The circs of exchanging guiding tactics between teachers and parents;4.The original vocationally habits of teachers;5. Parents misapprehend parenting education.According to present situation, the author gives following suggests: First, advice to preschool education organization and parenting education organization:1.Expend the content of course;2.Help parents understand parenting education before they formally join by advisory opportune ;3. Using the environment of parenting education organization permeates parenting education ideal. Second, advice to teachers:1.Enrich theory of infant education;2.Use guiding tactics flexibly;3. Cultivate the habit of reflect and study guiding tactics.
