0-3 years old is the golden age of infant development.Full development and utilization of the critical period of infants will achieve twice the result with half the effort.However,the development of infant education in rural areas is slow because of the constraints of family economic conditions,external environment and traditional ideas.Therefore,researchers take the form of questionnaire survey to explore the current situation of the parenting dilemma of 0-3-year-old infants in rural areas from four perspectives of individual,economy,upbringing and education,to show the parenting situation of 0-3-year-old infants in rural areas,and to provide a direct basis for understanding the education situation of rural infants.Combined with the results of the survey,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions from the perspective of government,community and family to improve the plight of rural parents.The results show that the main parenting difficulties faced by the parents of 0-3-year-old infants in rural areas are economic overload,followed by the parenting difficulties related to infant rearing and their own,and the parents of infants face less difficulties in infant education.In the parenting difficulties subscale related to parents themselves,concerns about their own physical and mental development,social status,interpersonal communication and career cause the parenting difficulties of infant parents;in terms of economic burden,infant parents are faced with heavy educational burden,medical burden and feeding burden.In view of the above problems,the researchers put forward corresponding suggestions: we should establish a government led family education guidance model for rural infants to improve and improve the parenting ability of rural infant parents;we should integrate the development of 0-3-year-old early education into the work points of governments at all levels to ensure the healthy development of 0-3-year-old infant education in rural areas;on this basis,we should provide employment and social security supervision for infant parents Mechanism,scientific raising of infants in the atmosphere of family cooperation.
