With the development of urban economic in Suzhou, the process of urbanized is accelerated day by day, and the floating population has swarmed into Suzhou and has made the tremendous contribution for the construction and the development of this city. Especially in recent years, not only the quantity of the floating population coming into Suzhou is growing constantly, but their working way of entering the city quickly changes from the unmarried to the whole family. So their children, who still at the compulsory education time, come to Suzhou, too. But, for various reasons, most of these children cannot achieve the education request of the school where they would study, and has become the students with learning difficulties, which improperly harms their body and mind developmen.In view of the schools concentrated these children of floating population in Suzhou, this article mainly researches these students' characteristics of the learning and the psychological feature, analyzes the reason why they have learning disabilities from some different angles. Then, combining with the characteristics of the junior middle school, the writer gives some direct and effective intervention measures to due with the problems of education of "the students with learning disabilities". Namely, firstly, the equalizing development of the education should be spurred to positively create the good social environment in which the floating students with learning disabilities can get high-quality education. Secondly, the harmonious and upward culture atmosphere should be build to cause the school to become the spiritual paradise of these floating students with learning disabilities. Thirdly, their personality should be respected, and their differences should be paid more attention to. Forthly, these students' non-intelligence factor should be raised to promote their cognition psychology ability. Lastly, their parents should be encouraged to positively participate in scholastic education.
