| Learning Disabilities (LD) is a global problem, how educating and converting the student with LD is an important problem being in front of the all educators. The reason of LD is various. If their psychological health level is not improved, the student with LD is impossible improved.In the article, the author summarizes the condition of the research on the student with LD, then carries on two researches: survey and group intervening research on the psychological healthy state of the student with LD of the junior high school.In the first research, a referred sample of 712 students were examined, including 70 students with LD. They were researched by using MHT, SSRS, SES, EMBU, ASLEC and the general interaction questionnaire of middle school student. The results of research show that: (1)the psychological health level of the student with LD is poor than the student without LD, the psychological health level of the students with LD from the different sex and grade has no difference, but the different region's students with LD has difference.(2)social support, self-esteem and general interaction have positive influence to the psychological healthy of student with LD; adolescent self-rating life event and egma minnen av dardndosnuppforstran have negative influence to the psychological healthy of them.In the second research, a cohort of 18 students with LD whose psychological health level are low. They were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. A series of experiments were conducted on the experimental group, while no experiments were done on the control group. The results of experiment show that: (1)that the psychological health level of the experimental group is improved more remarkably than that of the control group after experiments. (2)group psychology counseling has many advantages to improve the psychological health level of the students with LD.(3)student with LD urgently demands the education of the mental health.
