Structuring a target for college student's moral personality will decide all college student's'morality standard, and affects social morality at large. Adopting Marxist philosophy theory and method together with insights from Psychology and Pedagogics the author draws attention to three characteristics of college student's moral personality, including changeability, positiveness and creativity, and distinguishes between three covering types, namely, heteronomous, autonomous and creative. The collective state of college students and individual psychological structures are taken into account when analyzing the characteristics of idealized moral personality of present college students, whose cause are approached from dual effects of market economy , cultural openess , and students' experience of growing up as an only child; it then goes on to set creatively the target for college students' moral personality structuring: Cultivating on the premise of code of socialist ethicscreative moral personality. Three aspects including function layering, socialization of value orientation and practicability of structuring methods are dwelled upon as structuring maxims. Society at large, universities and college students themselves are proposed as functioning bodies in structuring idealized college students' moral personality.
