Research On The Law System Of Vocational Education During The Republic Of China

The legal system of the republic china is an indispensable part of modern China vocational education. Between the Republic of China found in 1912 and the end in 1949,the government established a rather perfect legal system of vocational education by promulgate all kinds of law. It was also provided juristically criterion and safeguard for the development of vocational education.On the base of Late Qing Dynasty, the legal system of vocational education during the republic china can be divided into three parts: the school system of"ren zi·gui chou","new school system"as a slowly—developing period and the period of great prosperity after the《vocational school act》in 1930`s.The exploring of law system of vocation education was very hard ,and Three of parts was a development consistent with the progress of vocational education of the republic china.The main body of this thesis consists of four parts.PartⅠ:This chapter gives a brief and concise review to the exordium of the legal of vocational education in Late Qing Dynasty.PartⅡ:The progress of legal system vocational education during the Republic of China.
