In Compendium of Educational Curriculum Reform of our country, it is said clearly that the new curriculum must emphasize cultivating positive study attitude rather than teaching purely knowledge, making sure that during learning process, students not only obtain basic knowledge, skill and learning methods, but also form correct value conception. By realizing the organic conformity between knowledge and skill, process and methods, sensibility, attitude and value conception, the new curriculum will help students to achieve multidimensional development. But traditional education emphasizes the development of knowledge and skill, ignoring the development of sensibility, attitude and value conception. Even if it is in the new curriculum, as a result of its own characteristics, which is quite void, the development sensibility, attitude and value conception is still ignored. Or it is just formal. So what is the most important at present is to carry out practical researches on sensibility, attitude and value conception and practical assessment of sensibility, attitude and value conception.This article analyses deeply the intension of the sensibility, attitude and value conception, points out the core, focal points and the basic principles of the development of sensibility, attitude and value conception and creates a development mechanism of sensibility, attitude and value conception. On the basis of this theory, combined with the teaching practice, through putting forward several teaching carriers (the history of chemistry, chemical experiments, society and life, assessment feedback) sensibility, attitude and value conception can be developed. Meanwhile, various kinds of ways to assess sensibility, attitude and value conception are put forward (growing up files, surveys, investigations) and applied to practical assessment.
