With the establishment of socialist market economic structure and reform and opening up, China's economy has made rapid development. At the same time, traditional agricultural economic structure being gradually broken, and the country's industrialization and urbanization process is accelerating, the rural labor force freed from the land, a large number of surplus rural labor flooded into cities, This formed a huge peasant-workers group, especially after the start of the 1990s, the floating population growing not only in size, its structure has also changed greatly. Market economy is competition-based economy, its essence, "the survival of the fittest", so in the reform process there have been a large number of the unemployed. They from "Single out" change into "a movement of whole family" gradually, it is a "families" of mobile trend. Therefore, it is made their children to become a big group in the city; the education of their children is prominent problem now. When peasant-workers came to the city, they are on the edge of the city status naturally. As the vulnerable groups in the city, the peasant-workers and the unemployed have the high similarity in the urban situation, compared with the urban families, they are in the bottom of society, and they are lack of cultural capital and social capital. At the same time their children have to face the crisis of marginalization of educational opportunities, educational environment and interpersonal relationships. Therefore this study focuses on the reasons, leading to the marginalization of the education of these children of peasant-workers, and proposes the three specific assumptions on the basis of the research in the past, namely, 1st assumptions: the economic capital, social capital and cultural capital of the families with children of peasant-workers have a significant impact on the marginalization of the educational opportunity for their children; 2st assumptions: the economic capital, social capital and cultural capital of the families with children of peasant-workers have a significant impact on the marginalization of the educational environment for their children; 3st assumptions: the economic capital, social capital and cultural capital of the families with children of peasant-workers have a significant impact on the marginalization of the interpersonal relationship for their children; And through empirical analysis, the three assumptions have been partly certified. In other words the poverty of peasant-workers in the economic capital, cultural capital and social capital causes their children's marginalization of receiving the education in the city.Education has become the the most important ways for people tochange their status, and may be the only way for the children of thepeasant-workers at the bottom of society. Only by accepting a higherlevel of education, it is essential for the children of peasant-workers toachieve the upward mobility of human capital, can we change thesituation of being marginalized and are really into the city. We canfind from the survey that the peasant-workers are aware of theimportance of education, and send their children into the city wants toreceive a good education, but this beautiful ideal are often lack ofrealization due to their own poverty, which leading to themarginalization of their children's education. Therefore it is necessaryto conduct in-depth study of the means of solving the marginalizationof their children's education .to this "marginalization" crisis of theirchildren's education, we should do long-term plans, namely urbanizetheir children's education. From the " marginalized " to the"urbanization", the conversion is not only by words changing, but isthe merger process of the system design and implementation of themeasures. Speed up the process of reform the household registration system; further reduce the cost of the education of their children of peasant-workers and increase the relief efforts of the education of their children of peasant-workers; At the same time in order to fundamentally improve and upgrade the children's family farmers capital, with its narrow the gap between cities, we should change the system because of the "dual labour market" which is the violation of the peasant-workers equal employment rights and the denial of employment opportunity. Only in this way can we change the marginalization of children's education of the peasant-workers to let their children receive a good education and achieve a equitable education.
