The Actuality Analysis And The Stratagem Research Of Student Mass Organizations In Universities Of Guangxi

Under the new situation, the development of university student mass organizations in our country is very rapid. The student mass organizations have become an important channel and an effective manner for actualizing quality education, as well as the important carrier of enhancing students's integrated quality, building campus culture and guiding students to adapt to society. This paper studies into the student mass organizations's property, necessity of construction and momentum of development with different methods, such as literature studies, comparative analysis, expert advice and so on.Then, in Guangxi, how is the current situation of the student mass organizations development in universities? How to combine the actual conditions to strengthen the building of student mass organizations? The answer constitutes a major purpose of the study. Through literature and documents extensive collection, interviews, questionnaire researches in 12 univercities of Guangxi, long-term follow-up surveys in student mass organizations of Guangxi University, I had collected a great deal of detailed first-hand information. Based on these materials collation and analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of university student mass organizations of Guangxi, as well as the problems which affect and restrict the development of student mass organizations in terms of organizations own, universities and social. On this basis, the three-pronged measures have been put forward to strengthen the Guangxi University Students Mass Organizations building: firstly, constructing credit system student mass organizations; secondly, building material culture, system culture and spiritual culture of student mass organizations; thirdly, consummating student mass organizations's investigation mechanisms, activity mechanisms and evaluation mechanisms.
