The Research Of University And College Student Activities Of Mass Organization

The university and college student activities of mass organization are the mass organization that the university and college students base on the campus, due to the same interest and hobby, according to law and regulation, spontaniously form the orgnization. The organization has fixed member and specific activities. The activities of mass organization are the important body of the second class, are a kind of activities that stimulate students, are the tool that develop students' creativity and are the suppliment of the first class.The university and college student activities of mass organization are an important part of university and college organizational culture. It plays an important role in university and college student socialization, mental health, quality education, political education, creativity, civilization construction, music teaching, character education and working ability education.The author analysizes the situation and problem of the college and university students activities of mass organization and raises the solution that we should strengthen the management of college and university students activities of mass organization. The solutions and suggestions contain five aspects. The activities of mass organization are the importtant way to exercised students' ability, university and college should praise for the active and health spirit of mass organization culture. 2 University and college should supply the necessary condition for the activities of mass organization. University and college should supply place, fee etc support. 3 University and college should make reasonable regulations. University and college should regularize activities of mass organization using regulation. 4 University and college should set up mass organization management center. The mass organization management center should be managed by specific teachers and managed scientifically. Second, it should actually act the guidance function of teacher. 1 Teacher should attach importance on the activities of mass organization. Teacher should be responsible for fostering the talent. 2 The task of teacher mainly is activity guidance. The task of teacher mainly is fostering students' professional quality. 3 Teacher should motivate students to do the colourful activities. The activities of mass organization should be of diffenent forms and of different content. Third, the organizational and coordinate function of Students Union and League Member should be actually act. 1 Students Union and League Member should do the organizational work of activities of mass organization. 2 Students Union and League Member should do the coordinate work of activities of mass organization. 3 Student Union and League Member should timely suggest the mass organization about adjustmenr. Fourth, the influence function of parent should be act. 1 Parents should understand that student take part in the activities of mass organization. 2 Parents should be support that students take part in the activities of mass organization. Parent should support students mentally and materially. 3 Parents should guide students about how to take part in the activities of mass organization. Fifth, the initiative and creativity of students should be acted. 1 We insist the policy of volunteer. 2 Students should choose according to interest and profession study. 3 Students should reasonablly schedule the time to take part in the activities of mass organization.
