The Empirical Research Of Management Of Mass Organizations Of Students

The management of mass organizations of students is a major link that strengthening and improve university students’ ideological and political education work in college in the current nation. Mass organizations of students are booming in college now. It have become a good way that establish a correct outlook on life, improve the overall quality of students and exercise student qualities.It is also an important way of ideological and political education of students. Practice has proved that after exercise these students in these groups have benefited from this experience in the future work.It should see mass organizations of students in the development process have sprung up a series of issues. Some big issues of management of mass organizations students are how to manage the student organizations, how to prevent loss of mass organizations dynamic and boost effective management work.This study is based on the idea to take empirical analysis ways and countermeasures some examples in inner mongolia normal university, and can accumulate experiences for other colleges and universities in the management of mass organizations of students.This paper first analyzes causes of problems and the analysis of the status and characteristics of the history and development of the inner mongolia normal university and cites examples of several mass organizations and provides some theoretical basis and methods to learn how to manage student mass organizations of students. I also analyze the cases of unlawful mass organizations and study some activists and draw some management experience from these mass organizations and prevent development of such mass organizations. Finally, analyse countermeasures of the management mass organizations, which common management and flexible management of mass organizations are good ways to ensure they can be received exercises in these groups and the direction of the mainstream of development.Meanwhile, can also improve the capacity of self-government of everyone and actively grasp the political orientation and take some flexible management ways to guidance and control development of mass organizations students.
